The “Everyday Positivity New Year Journal Journey” is a 31 day challenge - delivered via private podcast - that will help you get the most out of 2023. Through the podcast, Kate will guide you to set realistic goals for you, and create the habits you need to achieve them.

Through your journaling you will get the opportunity to uncover what’s held you back from sticking with your new year's resolutions in the past, and make sure that this year it’s different.

Everyday in January, Kate will (quite literally) be in your ear, guiding you through a daily journaling session via a private podcast - so all you have to do is show up with a notebook and pen and press ‘play’.

You’ll get daily journal prompts - specifically designed to help you identify what you need to do to stick to your New Year’s Resolutions.

PLUS you will have access to a dedicated Facebook group so you have a supportive community around you - and help show up each day - even when you don’t feel like it.
